Important information to know before ordering custom vinyl graphics from Brooklyn Decal:

• We use Quickbooks for invoicing and payments. Invoices can be paid by credit card, Paypal, Venmo, and ACH bank transfers. 

• Full payment is required up front before production begins.

• Our standard lead time is 5 business days (not including shipping time). All orders requiring a quicker lead time (rush orders) will be subject to a convenience fee.

• To lock in the price and our availability, rush orders must be paid by the date/time specified via email.

• We expect timely communication for rush orders.

• We encourage you to include all deliverables in your initial inquiry, especially for rush orders, so we can more quickly gauge whether or not the project is feasible within your time frame.

• It is the client's responsibility to double check all details before placing the order.

• Professional installation and courier services are only available for clients in Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan.

• If opting out of professional installation, the client assumes responsibility for final placement of the product and agrees to pay for any reorders.

• All sales final.
