Important information to know before ordering custom vinyl graphics from Brooklyn Decal:

• Brooklyn Decal accepts cash, checks, Venmo, and bank wires.

• For cutting & design, full payment is due before the product ships.

• For installation, full payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

• Production commences and is complete within 5 business days (not including shipping time) of receipt of final files, guaranteed stock and quote confirmation.

• All production requested within less than our standard 5 business days is subject to a Rush Fee.

• We will cut submitted final files as they are, so it is the client's responsibility to ensure that they are the correct size.

• Professional installation and free hand delivery services are not available for clients outside of the NYC area.

• If opting out of professional installation, the client assumes responsibility for final placement of the product and agrees to pay for any reorders.

• All designs created by Brooklyn Decal are owned by their individual creator(s).
